Ben is a member of The Fields Church in Westfield Indiana. Ben holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of Telecommunications and a master’s degree from the Department of Educational Studies at Ball State University. As the firm’s owner-operator, Ben routinely works with some of Indianapolis’ busiest and most successful residential real estate investors and has analyzed and completed thousands of residential investment opportunities since the firm’s founding. Through this experience, Ben has mastered the art and science of determining home values and providing quick and stress-free selling solutions for Indiana property owners.

Ben and his wife, Kortney, have been married since 2013. They have a son, Nolan, and daughters Josie and Fiona who keep them very active. When Ben is not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.

Kortney handles the graphic design, visual marketing, and day-to-day administrative responsibilities for Ben Buys Houses. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts Management from Ball State University and has over 20 years of creative graphic design and print experience.

Kortney is also Ben’s wife. Together, they have three children: a son, Nolan, and two daughters, Josie and Fiona. In her spare time, she enjoys staying busy with their children, spending time with friends and family and traveling.

Brad has served as the Director of Operations for Ben Buys Houses for approximately three years, following 15+ years in Wealth Management and Human Resources. Brad believes strongly in the value proposition the Ben Buys Houses team offers its customers, and works behind the scenes internally to ensure every team member is “rowing in the same direction.” In his free time, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife of over 20 years, and their two children.

Craig is the proud husband of Chelsea and the father of three beautiful girls Victoria, Charlotte, and Josie. In Craig’s time away from work he enjoys watching and coaching his daughters in all sports. Craig loves spending time outdoors; camping, hunting, and fishing are some of his favorite hobbies to do with friends and family!

Craig is a problem solver that thrives in finding creative solutions to any problem in his way. Craig enjoys getting to know our sellers to find out what their individual needs are, and tailoring our services around them.

Kaleb is a family man who is proud to be a husband to his lovely wife Paige, and a happy father to his two daughters June and Lennon. Before joining the team, he spent 8 years in the pipe trades. However, now he is most excited about building relationships with sellers and getting them fast-tracked to their next destinations in life.

When he’s not working, Kaleb loves to spend his free time fishing with his daughters and spending time with friends. There’s nothing like relaxing by a fire, telling stories, and sharing laughs with the people you love.

Claire is passionate about real estate investment and is committed to helping clients maximize opportunities with honesty, integrity, and exceptional service. Known for her strong communication skills and consultative approach, she works closely with clients to ensure every transaction is handled smoothly from start to finish.

Outside of work, Claire enjoys spending time with her husband, Nate, and their three children. Whenever possible, she loves traveling to England to visit family and friends.

Briana is an Indy Native who attended Ball State University, majoring in marketing and public relations. Since completion of her degree she has worked various marketing and sales roles in Indiana.

Her top 3 priorities are Faith, Family and Fun – with interests that include exploring Indy museums, hiking trails and festivals. She considers herself a life-long learner and is studying to pursue real estate certification in Indiana.

She is excited to grow with the BBIH team and become a knowledgeable, resourceful contact.

Lacey helps with the transaction process when purchasing and selling properties. She graduated from IUPUI with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and English in 2023. In three words, Lacey would describe herself as: creative, sentimental, and curious.

Outside of work, she loves to focus on what fills her cup. This includes reading, exercising, and spending time with those close to her.

Kody is originally from Northern Indiana, but has lived in Indy for 4 years since graduating from Purdue University. Kody comes from a background in recruiting and mortgage sales, and is looking forward to talking with people from all walks of life to help them achieve their home selling goals.

In his free time he loves watching and playing basketball, as well as watching movies with friends and family.

Matt grew up on the west side of Indianapolis and now lives in Whitestown with his wife and son. A graduate of Indiana University, he has spent the past six years in sales across the logistics and real estate industries.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys traveling with his family, exploring new cities, discovering local restaurants and breweries, and watching sports with friends. He is passionate about real estate, investing, and helping others navigate the home selling process.

With over a decade of customer service experience, Myles prides herself on providing the best customer care possible; as the company’s main point of contact, she’s the friendly voice behind the phone when you give us a call. In her free time, she enjoys staying home and cuddling up with a long novel.

Carl prides himself on treating every customer the way he would want to be treated. Carl spends his free time bonding with his two beautiful daughters Lianne and Lyrie. He also has a passion for online gaming.
