Dan Wakefield Park in northern Indianapolis offers a great spot for anyone looking for some peace in the middle of the Broad Ripple Neighborhood. At nearly three acres, it’s been a park since 1928. The park has green space, walking paths, a playground, and a splash pad in the summer. You’ll also find picnic pavilions, a sand volleyball court, and two tennis courts.
From Dan Wakefield Park at 6051 Broadway Street, head north on Broadway Street until you reach 62nd Street. Turn left and head about one and a half blocks to reach Fifth Church of Christ, Scientist at 655 E 62nd Street, Indianapolis, IN 46220.
When you leave Fifth Church of Christ, Scientist goes east on 62nd Street until you get to College Avenue, where you’ll turn right. Stay on College Avenue until 66th Street, and then make a U-turn to head back south. This will put you on the correct side of the road to reach the Whole Holistic Soul Center, LLC at 6434 North College Avenue #D, Indianapolis, IN 46220.
From the Whole Holistic Soul Center, continue south on College Avenue. Take a left on 64th Street and drive a short distance until you find Broadway Street, where you’ll turn right. Nick Brightman’s Woodwind Repair will be on the left just past 66th Street. Nick Brightman’s Woodwind Repair is located at 6606 Broadway Street, Indianapolis, IN 46220.
After leaving Nick Brightman’s Woodwind Repair continue north on Broadway Street until the street ends at Riverview Drive. Take a left and follow Riverview Drive as it follows the path of the river and reaches Meridian Street. You’ll turn left on Meridian Street and continue until you find St. Paul’s Episcopal Church on the left at 6050 N Meridian Street, Indianapolis, IN 46208.
Leave St. Paul’s Episcopal Church by turning left on Meridian Street. Follow Meridian Street to Kessler Boulevard East Drive and take a right. When you reach Compton Street turn left. You’ll find Ben Buys Indy Houses on your right, 1075 Broad Ripple Avenue #231, Indianapolis, IN 46220.
